I started with a Google search at 11pm.
Someone in my house got diagnosed, and the advice out there split into two camps: vague reassurance, or forty-tab research rabbit holes with no clear answer at the end. Neither one tells you what to actually do on a Tuesday.
So I started writing it down — what to toss and what to wash, what to say when you call a restaurant, what actually goes on a card you hand a teacher. Not because I'm a doctor (I'm not, and nothing here replaces one), but because I've done the research so you don't have to start from zero.
